L&#8217;equip va aconseguir desxifrar l&#8217;estructura molecular de *SaIC mitjan\u00e7ant un potent accelerador de part\u00edcules que genera llum de raigs X, el <a href=\"https:\/\/als.lbl.gov\/\">Advanced Light Source<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El nostre estudi resol un enigma de quasi 20 anys sobre com aquest bacteri mar\u00ed fabrica l&#8217;ogiva, que \u00e9s exclusiva de la mol\u00e8cula de salinosporamida, i obri la porta a la futura biotecnologia per a fabricar nous agents anticancer\u00edgens.&#8221; Katherine Bauman, autora principal d&#8217;estudi.<\/p>\n<p>Segons Bradley Moore, coautor de l&#8217;estudi, con\u00e9ixer aquest mecanisme &#8220;podria servir en el futur per a utilitzar els enzims en la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;altres tipus de salinosporamidas capa\u00e7os d&#8217;atacar no sols el c\u00e0ncer, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 malalties del sistema immunitari i infeccions causades per par\u00e0sits.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Font: K.
