{"id":5315,"date":"2022-07-19T09:23:55","date_gmt":"2022-07-19T07:23:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/satdi.umh.es\/?p=5315"},"modified":"2022-07-19T09:26:13","modified_gmt":"2022-07-19T07:26:13","slug":"descubren-como-las-plantas-estresadas-crean-su-propia-medicina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/satdi.umh.es\/ca\/2022\/07\/19\/descubren-como-las-plantas-estresadas-crean-su-propia-medicina\/","title":{"rendered":"Descobreixen com les plantes estressades creen la seua pr\u00f2pia medicina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Un grup d&#8217;investigadors de la <strong>Universitat de Calif\u00f2rnia Riverside<\/strong> (els Estats Units) va revelar que les plantes produeixen la seua pr\u00f2pia medicina, concretament \u00e0cid salic\u00edlic (aspirina), com a mitj\u00e0 de regulaci\u00f3 i protecci\u00f3 davant l&#8217;estr\u00e9s que produeixen les diverses amenaces presents en el seu entorn, com a insectes, calor excessiva i sequera.<\/p>\n<p>En l&#8217;estudi, publicat en la revista <strong>Science Advances<\/strong>, es va analitzar com era la resposta a l&#8217;estr\u00e9s ambiental en les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la <em>Arabidopsis<\/em>, un g\u00e8nere de planta herb\u00e0cia de la fam\u00edlia de les *brasic\u00e1ceas, encara que el grup d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3 espera aplicar aquesta resposta a molts altres tipus de plantes, incloses les que es cultiven com a aliment.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest tipus d&#8217;estr\u00e9s ambiental afecta a tots els organismes vius. En general, aquest estr\u00e9s provoca la formaci\u00f3 de mol\u00e8cules EOR (esp\u00e8cies reactives d&#8217;oxigen) que ocasionen danys cel\u00b7lulars. En nivell d&#8217;aquestes mol\u00e8cules en les plantes poden desencadenar dues situacions: una producci\u00f3 excessiva de EOR pot portar a l&#8217;extrem a la planta i ser letal. No obstant aix\u00f2, a nivells baixos, les mol\u00e8cules poden impulsar la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;hormones protectores com l&#8217;\u00e0cid salic\u00edlic.<\/p>\n<p>Segons els responsables de la investigaci\u00f3, en una situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estr\u00e9s provocada per la calor, la llum solar constant o la sequera, l&#8217;aparell de producci\u00f3 de sucre en les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules vegetals genera una mol\u00e8cula d&#8217;alarma inicial, la MEcPP.
