Main applications This equipment is used to analyze the composition of raw milk and dairy products which enables control of production and finished products in the dairy industry and to establish criteria for quality payment in agriculture. The team featuring the following basic calibrations to determine in certain milk products of the compounds listed below:

        i.              Calibration for raw milk and processed, by which you can determine the following chemical components: fat, protein, casein, lactose, total solids, urea, total acidity, free fatty acids and freezing.

      ii.              Calibration to butter creams, whereby it can determine fat, protein, total solids and non-fat solids. Calibration for cheese whey can be determined with her fat, protein and total solids.

     iii.              Calibration for yogurt, kefir and other fermented products that through it we know the values ​​of fat, protein and total solids.

     iv.              Calibration for soft cheeses (Camembert, Brie, gorgonzola, feta etc …) and hard (Emmental, Cheddar etc ….) to predict fat, protein, total solids and salts. 

Observations MilkoScan FT 120 is a parser milk and milk products based on infrared technique interferometer incorporating an FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared), providing all the advantages of a spectrum analyzer and maintaining the stability and precision instruments consisting near infrared traditional filters.
