The services provided by the <\/span><\/span>Technical Support Service for Teaching and Research<\/span><\/span><\/strong> are detailed below:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Conduct <\/span><\/span>studies of support needs for teaching and research<\/span><\/span><\/strong> based on the criteria approved by the Governing Council.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Assign support staff to teaching tasks<\/span><\/span><\/strong> for the preparation of practical training in official first and second cycle qualifications and degrees.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Assign research support staff<\/span><\/span><\/strong> to the principal investigators of Research Projects and Contracts based on the criteria approved by the Governing Council.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Technical advice regarding the necessary preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments and procedures<\/span><\/span><\/strong> , in order to guarantee their correct functioning.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Advice on <\/span><\/span><\/strong>purchases<\/span><\/span><\/strong> of consumable materials, equipment and laboratory instruments<\/span><\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Management of laboratory occupancy and availability<\/span><\/span><\/strong> .<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Collaborate with the <\/span><\/span>Occupational Risk Prevention Service<\/span><\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Technical management and control of the implementation of <\/span><\/span>Framework Agreements relating to <\/span><\/span>gases<\/span><\/span><\/a>, <\/span><\/span>reagents, consumables and small laboratory equipment.<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. Collaborate with the <\/span><\/span>Environmental Office<\/span><\/span><\/a> in the <\/span><\/span>management of waste generated in the laboratories.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Repair<\/span><\/span><\/a> of<\/span><\/span><\/strong> teaching and research equipment.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Loan of audiovisual material<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a> .<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. Management of the <\/span><\/span>Scientific Instrumentation Service<\/span><\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  13. Dissemination and promotion<\/span><\/span><\/strong> of SATDI activities.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Supervision of Radioactive Installations<\/span><\/span><\/strong> of unsealed sources.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
