It allows image acquisition in both confocal and super-resolution modes: Airyscan (140nm), SIM structured illumination (100nm), and PALM\/dSTORM (20-30nm). It is equipped with two sets of lasers: one for confocal microscopy (405, 458, 488, 514, 561, and 634nm) and one for super-resolution microscopy (405, 488, 561, and 640nm). Objectives: 10x dry, 25x multi-immersion, 40x water, 63x water, 63x oil, and 100x oil.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Notes:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> Technical assistance will be required for the first 10 hours of equipment use. This assistance is included in the rental fee.
