The piece brings together several members of the service and includes a small novelty compared to previous years: in addition to <strong data-start=\"333\" data-end=\"418\">female technicians, male technicians from SATDI also take part for the first time<\/strong>, joining the message to reinforce the idea that equality and feminism are not only women\u2019s issues, but a commitment that involves everyone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"1069\">This initiative continues the line started with the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xRa80IDe7IU\"> <strong data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"664\">video that SATDI published last year for March 8<\/strong><\/a>, maintaining the spirit of creating spaces for reflection from within our own workplace. If last year\u2019s proposal aimed to highlight and open discussion about the presence of women in the technological field, this year the focus broadens to stress something equally important: progress toward equality also depends on small gestures, conversations, and the involvement of the people who make up our teams.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1383\">The video has been made possible thanks to the <strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1150\">participation of SATDI staff<\/strong>, who wanted to take part directly in this initiative. Among those who collaborated is also our <strong data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1285\">Head of Service, Elena L\u00f3pez Alonso<\/strong>, whose support helped make it possible to share this message with the wider university community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1729\">With this new video, SATDI continues the approach started last year: using March 8 as an opportunity to <strong data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1613\">pause for a moment, reflect, and remember that equality remains a challenge in which we all have something to contribute<\/strong>.
