• The contract comes into effect on July 1, 2025.
• It has a validity of 1 year, renewable for another 3 years, so its expected end date is June 30, 2029 .
• The only approved supplier is SE CARBUROS METÁLICOS, SA
  
• During the duration of the framework agreement, purchases of products belonging to it must be made through the ordering application that is available in the UMH’s identified access.
• All orders must be placed with the approved company, and not with other companies in the sector.
• The approved supplier is different from the one in the previous contract, so it will be necessary to renew the rental contracts to acquire the bottles that replace the empty ones .

• Bottles from other companies and contracts

  • Renewal of bottle rental agreements with the company under the previous contract (2024_024-SUM) is permitted as long as the bottles are in use. BUT:
    • Full bottles cannot be purchased from the previous bidder (Air Liquide España SA).
    • The rental of the bottles can only be renewed until they are emptied and returned to the previous bidder .
  • IMPORTANT: Once the bottle from the previous contractor has been used up, the contract must be cancelled and the bottle removed.
