Applications
Confocal fluorescence imaging with temperature and CO2 controller for multidimensional imaging experiments with fixed or live biological tissue. It allows image acquisition in both confocal and super-resolution modes: Airyscan (140nm), SIM structured illumination (100nm), and PALM/dSTORM (20-30nm). It is equipped with two sets of lasers: one for confocal microscopy (405, 458, 488, 514, 561, and 634nm) and one for super-resolution microscopy (405, 488, 561, and 640nm). Objectives: 10x dry, 25x multi-immersion, 40x water, 63x water, 63x oil, and 100x oil.

Notes:
Technical assistance will be required for the first 10 hours of equipment use. This assistance is included in the rental fee. Equipment use must be booked well in advance to guarantee the availability of technical support during operation.
