Refrigerated centrifuge capable of generating centrifugal forces for a wide range of applications. Primarily used for separating particles with a higher settling coefficient.

Among the most typical applications we find:

• Routine sample processing: preparation, pelleting, extraction, purification, concentration, phase separation, etc.

• Preparation of subcellular organelles such as mitochondria, nuclei, chloroplasts, etc.

• Separation of blood cells and cellular components

• Rapid sedimentation of protein precipitates, large particles, and cellular debris

• Isolation of viruses and bacteriophages

• Other applications
