The CyTOF XT enables the analysis of single cells labeled with stable metal isotopes using advanced inductively coupled plasma technology. With 135 detection channels, this instrument can simultaneously analyze multiple markers, maximizing the information obtained per cell.
This system can be coupled with the high-performance Hyperion XTi imaging system, capable of analyzing more than 40 protein markers simultaneously. The use of these metal markers allows for a spatial resolution of 1 µm in tissues and cell smears, resulting in high spatial and parametric definition of cells in situ.

Both the CyTOF XT and the Hyperion XTi have a mass range of 75–209 amu and 135 measurement channels.
CyTOF XT:

Hyperion XTi:

• Sample format: Cell monolayer 4-7 µm

• Performance: 800 pixels/second

• Spatial resolution: 25 µm in Preview Mode, 5 µm in Tissue Mode and 1 µm in Cell Mode

• Instrument response: ≥ 700 mm² ^/ h in Preview Mode, ≥ 50 mm² ^/ h in Tissue Mode, and ≥ 2 mm² ^/ h in Cell Mode
