GUIDE TO APPLYING FOR GRANTS TO CO-FINANCE THE REPAIR OF RESEARCH EQUIPMENT

Object:

• Contribute to the co-financing of repairs to the research equipment inventoried and made available to the University community. 

Requirements:

• These grants may be requested by those responsible for the organizational units : research institutes, departments, research centers and the Support Service
• The call for applications will not cover the repair of equipment under warranty.
• The   repairs must be properly justified.
• Repairs costing between 500 and 10,000 euros, excluding VAT, will be accepted. 
• If the aid is obtained, the co-financing will be 50% of the invoice amount. 

Deadlines:

Applications may be submitted from January 19, 2026 to October 31, 2026 .

Information required to complete the form :

• Details of the requesting UOr, the person in charge of the UOr and the team leader.
• Equipment details: inventory number, purchase date if possible, make and model, location (GIS)
• Estimate detailing the detected fault and the cost of its repair. (PDF)
• Document that proves the number of users of the team (PDF, Excel or image).
• Brief statement justifying the need for repair (Maximum 250 words).
