Prism-based spectral detection system providing increased sensitivity. Detection range: 430–750 nm. Point-to-point spectral confocal scanning channel. From 1 to 8 channels in sequential mode. Image resolution up to 2048 x 2048 pixels. Scanning formats: 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048 pixels. Visible excitation range using four solid-state lasers at 405 nm, 488 nm, 532 nm, and 635 nm.
