The instrument enables the structural characterization of novel organic, inorganic, and hybrid molecules for subsequent application in the fabrication of optoelectronic devices (solar cells, light-emitting diodes, lasers, holographic data storage systems, among others) and nanoscale sensors. It also allows for the characterization of various molecules with biotechnology applications, such as compounds that act as photosensitizers in photodynamic therapy for cancer and metallodrugs. Equipped with an autosampler, it significantly reduces data acquisition time.
