Request for products not found in the SDA

Before requesting products not found in the SDA, it is necessary to verify that:
    • The product does not appear in the Orders Application.
    • There is no alternative product that can be used in place of the one requested.
    • The type of product requested has a place in the SDA  ( see here ).
      • The different framework agreements or SDAs include different product families.
      • Each person only has authority over the products that are part of this AM/SDA.
  • In the case of laboratory/workshop equipment (categories 4, 8 or 9), these must have a price of less than €5,000 (excluding VAT).
    • Higher priced equipment is not covered by the SDA and its acquisition is carried out through different procedures.
In case of doubts about the membership of a product in the SDA:
  • Fill out the  form .
  • You must include a quote, web cart or link that allows us to evaluate the case.
Request for products not found:
  1. The request must be made through the following form .
  2. Each request made can include several products as long as they belong to the same category. (If in doubt, you can consult the following link ).
  3. The product(s) requested must be clearly indicated:
    • Precise description
    • If it is necessary to purchase a specific product (brand, model, reference) it will be clearly indicated in the request.
    • If feasible, the acquisition of the best offer regardless of the product brand will also be indicated.

Request for products not found in the SDA

Processing carried out by SATDI:
  • All suppliers in the corresponding category are asked to send an offer for the product/s based on the data provided by the applicant.
  • Companies have 4 business days to submit your product offers.
  • Once the proposals are received, all the products offered (identical to the one requested and/or equivalent) are included in the SDA catalogs.
  • The applicant is informed of new available offers.
  • The applicant carries out the purchase procedure as usual through the APP.

 

Other situations:
  • The required product is exclusive to a company not affiliated with the SDA
    • The company is informed that it can join the SDA and present its catalogs.
    • Once the company has joined the SDA, orders will be processed using the usual procedure.
  • The product cannot be purchased through any supplier affiliated with the SDA:
    • External purchasing authorization will be assessed.
      • It is the last resort when previous options have been exhausted.
